Germany is one of the leading trading partners and the largest buyer of Turkish export goods worldwide. This is because Turkey offers high quality standards combined with low procurement costs. The country also has a well-developed infrastructure, which means short supply chains.

Companies from NRW can familiarize themselves with the country’s economic potential during a company trip organized by NRW.Global Business. The trip will take place from June 3 to 6, 2024. In addition to attending the World of Industry (WIN) Eurasia trade fair, participants will have the opportunity to establish business contacts and discuss the latest developments in their respective sectors during company visits. The focus will be on mechanical engineering, metalworking and plastics processing, and textiles. Topics related to Industry 4.0 and digitalization will also be key elements of this trip.

The company trip is aimed specifically at those who recognize the importance of nearshoring – the relocation of operational activities to nearby countries – and are looking for new procurement markets or want to evaluate manufacturing partnerships.

The registration deadline for participation is March 31, 2024. Further information and the opportunity to register can be found on the NRW.Global Business website.
