The Aachen start-up FibreCoat wins the 24th NUK Business Plan Competition with its sustainable technology.
Making small cars more fuel-saving and efficient: FibreCoat wants to deploy its technology in the field of sustainable mobility in particular. The Aachen-based start-up has developed a system with which high-performance fiber composites can be produced in high quality, but much more cost-effectively than usual. In this way, the start-up team wants to ensure that fiber composites are also used in everyday components. The material is known for being very light and stable.
With this innovative concept, FibreCoat was also able to convince the jury of the 24th NUK Business Plan Competition. During the digital awards ceremony, NUK patron Prof. Dr. Andreas Pinkwart congratulated the winners, who received 7,500 euros in prize money.
