The Dutch online electronics retailer is setting up its service infrastructure in the Lower Rhine region.
It has its own delivery network, including bicycle couriers, customer and installation services and stationary stores: Coolblue is making its German debut in North Rhine-Westphalia by setting up a comprehensive infrastructure. The electronics expert is one of the highest-turnover online shops in the Netherlands and is launching its white goods product portfolio in the Lower Rhine region, including washing machines, refrigerators and dryers.

Coolblue promises its customers fast delivery, just one day after ordering. Environmentally friendly two-wheel couriers are also used: "In Düsseldorf, we will soon be delivering smaller orders with CoolblueRadelt, our own bicycle courier service. We would also like to open our own Coolblue store in Düsseldorf. In this way, we want to offer everything to make our customers happy," says Pieter Zwart, founder and CEO of Coolblue. The online electronics retailer attaches great importance to customer satisfaction and offers a wide range of services – from personal advice and disposal of old appliances to flexible delivery dates for white goods.

Coolblue is initially launching its services in Düsseldorf, Duisburg, Essen, Oberhausen, Mühlheim, Wuppertal, Remscheid, Solingen and the districts of Kleve, Wesel, Mettmann and Viersen.
