ShaanGu Europe Research and Development GmbH is opening a German research center to promote the international production of renewable energies.
At the new headquarters in Düsseldorf, an initial staff of 15 will work on the research and application of decentralized energy technologies.
As Managing Director Guodong Jiang announced at the opening ceremony, the purpose of the company's new branch is to provide technological support for the ShaanGu Group's worldwide subsidiaries and to pool resources for cooperation in the future. Jiang also underlined the excellent conditions for a settlement in NRW: "We opted for Düsseldorf because the state capital is located in the heart of the most important industrial region in Germany. It stands out with its great economic strength and a wide range of research institutes and universities."
ShaanGu Europa Forschung und Entwicklung GmbH belongs to the listed parent company ShaanGu, which is headquartered in Shaanxi province. The Chinese company offers systematic solutions and services for turbomachinery in the chemical, petroleum, power generation and construction industries.
