As a strategic economic center of the MENA region and a logistics hub between three continents, Egypt provides access to a market of over 1.3 billion people. Its consumption-oriented population and high demand for new technologies in various sectors offer new investment and market entry opportunities. From December 7 to 11, 2025, a market exploration trip organized by NRW.Global Business and other partners will give companies from NRW insights into the Egyptian market for processing, packaging, and automation technologies.
The program includes talks with companies, associations and ministries as well as visits to production facilities and logistics centers to gain practical insights. Networking events and discussion panels offer the opportunity to establish targeted international business contacts.
Participants will also visit the pacprocess MEA and Food Africa trade fairs taking place in Cairo at the same time. pacprocess MEA is the leading trade fair for processing and packaging in the region. With over 1,000 exhibitors from more than 30 countries, Food Africa is regarded as the continent's most important food and agribusiness trade fair.
