Brazil has the potential to become one of the most important suppliers of green hydrogen for Europe. In order to successfully expand the Brazilian hydrogen economy, the government there has launched various support programs – from which companies from NRW can also benefit. To this end, NRW.Global Business is inviting companies from the hydrogen, wind and solar energy as well as infrastructure and shipping sectors to the seven-day NRW company trip "NRW HYway2 Brasil" as part of the GTAI cluster marketing. The exact date in the third or fourth quarter of 2023 will be announced shortly.
The trip gives entrepreneurs from NRW insights into the hydrogen market of the South American country and provides impetus for the further development of their own business models. Participants can explore cooperation opportunities in the market and make initial contacts with local players. The program includes various site visits and networking events in the coastal cities of Fortaleza, Recife and Rio de Janeiro.
