Essen, Wuppertal and Dortmund are at the heart of Regus's expansion. The company creates jobs that can be individually designed and expanded as required. The temporary use of project offices is also possible. Customers pay a fixed price for a fully furnished office including Wi-Fi, telephone, operating costs, reception staff and postal service. "In North Rhine-Westphalia we have noticed strong growth in demand over recent years," explains Stefanie Lürken, Country Manager and Sales Vice President at IWG plc, the umbrella company to which Regus belongs.

"With our three new locations, we provide companies and the local start-up scene with tailored development opportunities." The Regus center in the Rüttenscheid district of Essen was recently opened on Grugaplatz opposite the trade fair center. The location covers 1,500 square meters on five floors. The Regus center in Wuppertal on Laurentiusplatz in the lively inner city area and near the main railway station is also new. In a modern office building, Regus offers inviting coworking areas and meeting rooms on the third and fourth floors in addition to individual offices. The third center is in the planning phase and located not far from the popular Westfalenpark in Dortmund. It will offer 1,700 square meters of space for various office requirements. Construction is scheduled for the end of the year. Regus has a network of over 3,000 business centers in more than 1,000 cities, spread internationally across some 100 countries.
