Welcome to NRW, Laude Smart Intermodal!

Polish logistics company invests more than 40 million in "Time for Revolution" project – NRW.Global Business assisted with the settlement.

The leading Polish logistics company Laude Smart Intermodal SA continues to expand into Western Europe, and is positioning itself in Germany for the first time. Duisburg was chosen as the company's headquarters. Together with the Polish Development Fund, a state financial group based in Warsaw, the company is investing more than 40 million euros in the "Time for Revolution" project. German business will be handled by the newly founded subsidiaries Laude Assets GmbH and Laude GmbH.

The Global Business NRW team helped with the settlement. Partners and stakeholders of the project were supported and accompanied with information about the location and contact to business partners in the region.

Laude Smart Intermodal is not the first Polish company to gain a new foothold in NRW. "In recent years, a clear trend toward investment from Poland has emerged. In particular, highly innovative and technology-driven companies from our neighboring country are attracted to North Rhine-Westphalia as a business location. We wish Laude Smart Intermodal SA every success in its further expansion," says Felix Neugart, CEO of NRW.Global Business.
